There are people who use the camera as an excuse to see women (or men) naked. Sometimes these photographs find their way to the internet without permission. We want to caution you to choose your photographer carefully.

Here are some tips to aid you in that selection.

1. Do they have a studio or are they working out of their apartment, home or car. If it is a home are they renting or buying and how long have they been at that location?

2. How long have they been in the area? Been in business?

3. Will they allow someone of your choice to attend the photo session??

4. Have you seen their work? Is it well done? Look on the back to see if their name is stamped on it, or is it someone else.

5. Do they have references, and are these references well known in the community?

6. Are they requiring a
model release? If you are hiring them, there should be no need for one. If they are hiring you, you need to know what they can use the images for.
